In 2015, Strada Conseil teamed up with Optirisk, a specialist in risk analysis and visit for insurance and industry, to develop OPTIVVIA, a platform dedicated to the "Digitization of risk prevention", based on Cloud and launched in 2016.
Professional circles and workgroups
STRADA Conseil is an active member of associations and start-up circles, in order to anticipate and work on innovations in the insurance market. This allows it to evaluate the latest trends and to integrate the most relevant innovations in the reflections and projects of its clients.
For instance, in connection with its English subsidiary, STRADA Conseil is an ACORD integrator to manage the standard and protocols of insurance data exchange between brokers, insurers and reinsurers.

STRADA Conseil, at the crossroads of IT and business, operates a permanent watch on market developments.
This monitoring focuses on both innovative technologies (AI, Blockchain, RPA ...) and their impacts on the changes in the sector (parametric etc ...), to best meet clients' issues.
Knowledge management & mentoring
The work from the circles and working groups as well as the business and technology watch are centralized on an internal collaborative platform : Nostra. This platform allows employees to keep abreast of market developments and business topics, and to submit questions to the community. This system encourages the transmission of knowledge and guarantees a high level of skills, making it an excellent mentoring tool.
